WARRANTY - At the 1 Year Anniversary of your NEW HOME purchase, allow me to go thru your home to make a "Punch List" Inspection so you will know what needs to be repaired by your builder.
 
MAINTENANCE - Every 1-2 years, you need to examine the condition of your home so you know what needs to be taken care of before repair cost can escallate.
 
MOLD - "Musty Smells", Fuzzy stains, Known (and unknown) water intrusions are all indications of the possibility of MOLD. I can also combine a MOLD inspection with any Standard inspection at a discounted rate.
